Contract Negotiation, Manufacturer Liaison, Acceptance and Delivery (New aircraft)
The team at Henly Aviation has over 25 years’ experience advising clients in contract negotiations with manufacturers, ensuring that the aircraft technical specification, certification, training and maintenance packages are tailored to meet the specific needs and priorities of the client.
Once a Purchase Agreement has been signed, Henly can provide an on-going liaison service with the manufacturer on the client’s behalf, regarding production timelines, technical, interior and exterior queries, ensuring a smooth communication process between client and manufacturer. Henly can also provide all relevant advice regarding certification, registration and import requirements and can liaise as necessary with the relevant authorities in the proposed country of registration and operation.
Prior to delivery, Henly’s delivery team will carry out a comprehensive review of production and certification documentation and will carry out an exhaustive aircraft completion survey and flight test programme to ensure that the aircraft is presented to the required standard and is functioning entirely within all operating parameters, prior to recommending contract completion.
Following delivery at the factory, Henly can arrange the ferry flight of the aircraft to the country of operation and can deal on the client’s behalf with local customs and importation regulations, as required.
